About Jeff
After a lengthy career in software development, I felt drawn to pursue work with deeper purpose. That path led me to earn a degree in psychology and then a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. In my free time, I also play guitar, read, and work on hands-on projects. I am a husband and a father.

Session Rates
Sessions are $165 each.
Most sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are held online or in-person, depending on the day of the week, and are conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
