After a lengthy career in software development, I felt the pull towards a more purposeful profession. This transformative journey led me to earn a degree in psychology, followed by a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. Residing in Salt Lake City, Utah, I deeply appreciate the outdoors, often hiking and embracing the beauty of nature. In my downtime, I love playing the guitar, reading, working on household projects, and indulging in the thrill of competitive autocross. Most importantly, I cherish every moment spent with my children.

Session Rates
Sessions with Jeff are $175.00 for the first session (intake session), $165.00 for couples or families, and $150.00 per session for individuals. These sessions are usually 50 minutes long, and sometimes at the therapist's discretion, they can go to 60 minutes.
