About Jeff
I spent many years working in software development before realizing I wanted work that felt more human and more meaningful. That shift led me back to school, where I earned a degree in psychology and later a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.

I live in Utah, and travel frequently working both in my office in Millcreek, and virtually on the road. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, mountain biking, and traveling. I also enjoy playing guitar, reading, and building things with my hands. I am a husband and a father.

Session Rates
Sessions are $165 each; sliding scale pricing is available. Some insurance is accepted.
Most sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are held online or in-person, depending on the day of the week, and are conducted during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
