Resources
I’ve gathered resources to support clients in learning and exploring topics that often come up in therapy. Whether you’re looking for guidance on faith transitions, interested in how individual, couple, or family therapy works, curious about the human experience, or exploring new approaches in psychotherapy, these materials offer credible and helpful information for your journey.
I believe the journey to mental well-being extends beyond the therapy room. To support that process, I’ve gathered a collection of articles, videos, self-assessment tools, and links to trusted organizations. These resources can offer insight into specific mental health challenges, coping strategies, and community support. They’re meant to complement the work we do in therapy and give you space to explore at your own pace. If you have questions or would like guidance on where to begin, feel free to reach out.

Ketamine Preparation
Thoughtful preparation helps you get the most out of your experience. Setting clear intentions before your session can guide the process and create space for meaningful insights. Consider what you hope to explore or shift, whether that’s reducing anxiety or depression, healing from past experiences, gaining clarity during life transitions, or opening to new perspectives.

Before Your Session
-
Food and drink: Avoid eating for at least 4 hours before your appointment and drinking for 2 hours beforehand, unless instructed otherwise.
-
Transportation: Arrange a safe ride home in advance, as you will not be able to drive after your session.
-
Comfort: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’re welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, or other small items that help you feel at ease.

After Your Session
-
Set aside at least 4 hours of downtime following your appointment, ideally the rest of the day. This allows your mind and body to integrate the experience without external demands.
-
Consider journaling, resting, or engaging in calming activities rather than returning immediately to work or stressful tasks.
-
Creating this supportive environment helps you stay focused on the therapeutic process and opens the way for meaningful exploration and healing.
-
Schedule a follow up appointment for further integration from the ketamine session.
