I offer personalized individual therapy to support you through mental health challenges and life transitions. Individual therapy, sometimes called counseling or psychotherapy, gives you one-on-one time with me to focus on your unique needs.

My approach draws from evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These methods provide structured ways to work through struggles, gain clarity, and create lasting change.

In our sessions, I help you build mindfulness, discover new perspectives, and develop coping strategies that fit your life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or the stress of major changes, therapy can give you practical tools and steady support.
