Hello

People have an inherent capacity for psychological change and growth. Life stressors, developmental experiences, and unresolved events can interfere with access to that capacity. At those points, structured support can help restore clarity and direction. My role as a psychotherapist is to assist in identifying obstacles, strengthening internal resources, and supporting effective engagement with emotional and psychological processes.

The work begins in a setting that prioritizes careful inquiry, openness, and thoughtful examination. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and behaviors as they operate in real time. This process often involves examining difficult material, including grief, loss, and past experiences that continue to influence present functioning. Addressing these areas is a practical step toward increased psychological flexibility and stability.

Therapy helps create a developing a clearer and more integrated understanding of oneself, improving the ability to tolerate emotional complexity, and building resilience over time. Through this work, clients are better equipped to make informed choices, regulate emotional responses, and engage with life in a more deliberate and grounded way.

Services

Individual Therapy: I provide personalized Individual Therapy that utilizes proven therapeutic models to foster mindfulness, new perspectives, and meaningful change across various conditions and life challenges. My approach emphasizes understanding the root of struggles rather than temporary solutions.

Couple and Family Therapy: Couple and family therapy focuses on understanding how relational patterns influence emotional functioning and behavior. Approaches such as Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy are used to examine attachment processes, communication patterns, and conflict dynamics within couples and families, and to target recurring interaction cycles, unmet needs, and emotional responses that contribute to distress.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), using low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy for treatment-resistant conditions like depression and anxiety. In carefully curated settings, expert guidance, and integration enable profound healing experiences and transformative growth.

What I Do

I offer therapy services across a range of clinical needs. I am trained in multiple evidence-based approaches and work in a structured, professional manner to support psychological stability, insight, and change. Areas of focus include:

Anxiety and Depression
Treatment addresses mood symptoms, persistent worry, emotional dysregulation, and related behavioral patterns. Therapy emphasizes practical strategies for regulation, cognitive clarity, and sustained improvement.

Life Adjustments and Transitions
Unexpected changes such as loss, role shifts, career changes, or major life decisions can disrupt functioning. Therapy supports adaptation, decision-making, and restoration of stability during these periods.

Faith Transitions
Shifts in religious belief or identity often affect relationships, values, and self-concept. Therapy focuses on psychological continuity, value clarification, and managing relational strain that may arise during or after these changes.

Couples and Relationship Concerns
Work with couples centers on interaction patterns, communication breakdowns, conflict cycles, and attachment dynamics. The focus remains on creating durable, functional change rather than short-term symptom relief. Services are available for a range of relationship structures.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is offered as an adjunctive treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD when clinically appropriate. Clinicians are trained and certified in this modality, with careful attention to preparation, dosing context, and post-session integration. Ongoing support emphasizes psychological processing and functional application rather than the medication alone.

My practice provides structured, thoughtful care that supports long-term psychological functioning across a range of presenting concerns.
